What is Cenvi?
Cenvi is an all-in-one system for restaurants, caterers and event venues. The front of house side takes bookings however they come in: a phone call, a text, the online store, or a contract and invoice. The back of house side keeps inventory, ingredient costs, crew hours and the P&L up to date. It was built in Atlanta, Georgia, and launched in 2024.
Who uses Cenvi?
Caterers who quote per person, per platter or per tray. Restaurants that take reservations, catering and private events. Event venues and banquet halls that hold dates and take deposits. Groups with more than one location use it to share menus, teams and reporting.
Front of house: calls, bookings and payments
Front Desk is an AI agent that answers calls and texts day and night, checks open dates, quotes from the real menu and books. Every guest gets one file with the date, order, contract, deposit and messages. Payments, deposits and milestone payments go straight into the business's own Stripe account. Restaurants with a dining room take reservations from their own floor plan, with turn times, pacing caps, a waitlist and no-show tracking.
Back of house: inventory, prices and the books
Stock updates as orders come in. Recipes give a plate cost for every menu item. Cenvi tracks ingredient prices at stores near the business, so quotes keep up with the market. Invoices are read automatically, purchase orders go to suppliers, and the P&L stays in sync with QuickBooks and payroll with Gusto.
How much does Cenvi cost?
There is a free Marketplace plan. Paid plans are month to month with no setup fee, and the Cenvi team sets up the store, menu, calendar, contracts and payments within 48 hours. Front Desk comes with the Concierge plan. Inventory, crew operations and POS are add-ons. Current prices are on the pricing page and in plain text at cenvi.events/pricing.md.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Cenvi a POS?
Cenvi offers a POS add-on with a register, kitchen display and end-of-day reports, but most businesses start with bookings, catering and the back office. Menus import from Square, Clover and Tripleseat.
Can Cenvi answer my restaurant's phone?
Yes. Front Desk answers calls and texts, takes reservations and catering orders, and books into the same calendar the team uses. It is included on the Concierge plan.
Does Cenvi take a cut of my own customers?
Not on a paid plan. Cenvi charges a 10% commission only when its marketplace finds the customer, and that month's subscription is credited back.
Who owns the customer list?
The business does. Cenvi never sells, rents or advertises to it.
